The Victim

An Engineer said thou,

I don’t know how to draw.

An actor said thou,

I don’t know how to show.

A seaman said thou,

No way, I’ll be like nemo.

An athlete said thou,

A discus I can’t even throw.

A pilot said thou,

I’m afraid working in the aero.

A rockstar said thou,

A rejected slumber in my limo.

How can I propose?!

I’m not even one of those.

A poem so verbose,

Five verses, worth pity holed-centavos.

Lonely lover, I saw

Victim of stupid cupid’s broken bow.

Poisoned with an arrow,

Killed in solitary desolation row.
